We request that parents please direct questions or concerns to the PAC via email (kingtraditionalpac@gmail.com ) or by letter to the school office.  Depending on the nature of the concern, your concern will be replied to by one of the executive, or will be addressed at the next PAC meeting.  Please be advised that your correspondence could be summarized in the PAC meeting minutes and your name will also be included.  We value your feedback and will do our best to reply promptly.

ਅਸੀਂ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਵਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਸ਼ੰਕੇ ਹੋਣ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ PAC ਨੂੰ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ (kingtraditionalpac@gmail.com) ਜਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਈਮੇਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਸ਼ੰਕੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸ਼ੰਕੇ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਾਂ ਅਗਲੀ PAC ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।  
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣ ਲਓ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੱਤਰ-ਵਿਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਰ-ਅੰਸ਼ PAC ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਸਾਰ-ਅੰਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।  ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਫੀਡਬੈਕ ਦੀ ਕਦਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
